English Surfaces - North Yorkshire - Photo Art

England is a divided country and always has been. There is the North of England, the South of England and Cornwall, each having its own identity. The north of England is a mystery to many southern English. Until recent years there was a soft border between the two called the Midlands. In recent years the southern English have moved in increasing numbers to the north to escape the crazily over expensive south. Like much of the north of England, North Yorkshire still has hints of what made England English but it is disappearing fast. Photos by Paul E Williams.
